Ao3 — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the ao3 platform. By accessing or using any part of the ao3 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using our services.
Ao3 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the ao3 platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account with ao3, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
- You are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation from ao3.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is prohibited.
- All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
Ao3 reserves the right to reject any registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ao3. Any attempt to register multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number.
Ao3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification card, utility bills, or other supporting documents to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ao3 account password and login credentials. ao3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account information. You must notify ao3 immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Platform Usage Rules
Ao3 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation in any transaction.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location.
- Playing fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game.
- Updating your personal information whenever there are changes.
- Contacting customer support for any disputes.
- Adhering to the deposit limits and betting limits that have been set.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
Deposit
All financial transactions on the ao3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit allowed is RM20 per transaction. ao3 accepts a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets listed in the platform's deposit section. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified, depending on the method used.
Ao3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party system failures, bank processing times, or technical disruptions beyond our control. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. ao3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to internal security checks. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud will be blocked and investigated.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Other Provisions
Liability Limits
Ao3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds, service interruptions, or technical errors. The ao3 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its reliability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ao3 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of ao3 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ao3.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Ao3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance — after deducting applicable commissions or bonuses — will be returned to the user via the original payment channel.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ao3 platform shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
